Who We Are
The Winter Lotus Brew House is a Coffee Boutique & Tea Room situated in the heart of Burnley. We are a family of coffee lovers & the Brew house started out as an idea to bring more coffee lovers together and quickly expanded into a full world of experiences. I myself have grown and roasted my own blend to superb quality. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we’ve managed to become masters of the craft. Providing coffee from all over the world that is simply unforgettable.
We can offer up to 40+ roasts of Coffee, 30+ Organic, loose leaf Teas as well as various Hot chocolate and cold beverages so you can match your cup to your taste implicitly. We offer a Sensory station for you to experience the roasts in all their splendour. You can see and smell the beans and choose the one you want to make your perfect brew, simply unforgettable. Come and experience a sensual coffee experience and taste our magical culinary creations in the comfort and style of a truly wonderful home of the brew
Our new home in Burnley allows us to also serve you alcohol so we have a sophisticated selection of Wines, spirits, Cocktails and Craft IPA's available. Elevating our Boutique to new heights and allowing us the ability to craft even more wonderful drinks for you to enjoy!

Our kitchen opens 30 minutes after the premises opening time & it closes 1 hour before the premises closes each day. Please book accordingly and give enough time for food to be prepared & Served.
Afternoon Tea bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Functions and parties require at least 48 hours in advance. Our Chef & Baker makes all of the products fresh specifically for you and the sandwiches are fully customizable to your tastes. This means we need time to prepare your booking as well as the logistics of handling your event.
